We deliver orders from our online shop globally!
We ship all orders via DHL Express with taxes & duties prepaid to ensure they'll reach our customers quickly and conveniently.
Standard shipping time is around 2-5 working days after the order has been processed, but orders can take 1-3 business days to be processed. When the shipment has been confirmed with DHL you'll receive a tracking number via email which you can use to follow the progress of your shipment.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that all our items are available at all times and in some cases unexpected issues may arise which may cause delays in delivery.

- Delivery charge is $10 for orders below $100, shipment via DHL Express with taxes & duties included (DDP).
You may change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items. We offer full refund on returned products. The shipping cost for returning an order is not covered by us. The shipping cost must be payed and arranged by the customer. Items bought on sale or special offers cannot be returned. Please fill out this return form and send it along with the items you want to return as well as the original invoice.

The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Once we have received the returned items at our warehouse, you can get a refund. Refund will only be issued in the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been credited. Please notice, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received a damaged, defected or wrong items. Please see further information here.
The returned items must be unused and in perfect condition. If the items are not received in their original packaging and/or in the same condition as you received it, a deduction can be made to your refund.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. Please return the items for full refund and make a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Should a manufacture fault in an item received from us be detected, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number as well as details about the fault and preferably some pictures. Instances like this are judged case by case. You can either have a new product delivered, a discount or return the product for a refund. Same goes for items that are damaged during shipping. Items will only be fully refunded on the condition that the items have been used only as intended. Natural wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
If your delivery is not identical to your order, you got the wrong product or if a product is missing please contact us on email@example.com and include your order number and details about your delivery and original order. We will do our best to correct the mistake quickly.
