We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and FedEx for standard deliveries and TNT, FedEx or DHL for express shipping. Your selected delivery estimate does not begin until your order has been fully processed and shipped. This process normally takes about 1 to 3 business days. We cannot guarantee that our items are available at all times. Delivery may therefore be delayed by some days.

  • Free shipping on all orders over £60
  • Delivery charges are £5 on orders under £60
  • Delivery time is 5-10 working days after processing period. 

UK Express Shipping

  • Delivery charges on express orders are £15

EU Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over €70

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services. Please note that your delivery may be delayed because of your items being held up in customs in your own country. Depending on the destination country and customs, delivery times may vary. Any estimates provided are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. A tracking number will be available once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns

You may change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items. We offer full refund on returned products. The shipping cost for returning an order is not covered by us. The shipping cost must be payed and arranged by the customer. Items bought on sale or special offers cannot be returned. Please fill out this return form  for US returns and this return form for UK & EU returns. Send it along with the items you want to return as well as the original invoice.

Keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.

The items are your responsibilities until they reach our warehouse. Once we have received the returned items at our warehouse, you can get a refund. Refund will only be issued in the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been credited. Please notice, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received a damaged, defected or wrong items. Please see further information here.

The returned items must be unused and in perfect condition. If the items are not received in their original packaging and/or in the same condition as you received it, a deduction can be made to your refund.

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. Please return the items for full refund and make a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Should a manufacture fault in an item received from us be detected, please contact us on help@tulipop.com. Include your order number as well as details about the fault and preferably some pictures. Instances like this are judged case by case. You can either have a new product delivered, a discount or return the product for a refund. Same goes for items that are damaged during shipping. Items will only be fully refunded on the condition that the items have been used only as intended. Natural wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

If your delivery is not identical to your order, you got the wrong product or if a product is missing please contact us on help@tulipop.com and include your order number and details about your delivery and original order. We will do our best to correct the mistake quickly.
